CHARACTERISTICS:
The most well-known Shilajit comes from the Himalayan mountains. It is characterized by a strong flavor and aroma, with a high content of humic acids and fulvic acid (45-50%). It is somewhat difficult to work with, as it is a very viscous resin that adheres easily to everything (very sticky).

How to take it
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning and in the afternoon (if an energizing effect is desired) before meals. Do not exceed a dose of 4 capsules or 2,500 mg per day.
